Clinical Computing

Training

Software applications enable healthcare organizations to dramatically improve clinical and administrative effectiveness if properly implemented. Clinical Computing has a six step training process, which incorporates both your data and your business processes.   Our goal is to have your staff fully trained prior to your go-live with users being trained in less than one day.

Step 1

Step 1 includes a two day on site workshop during which our clinical trainers obtain insight into your operations and current data sources so that we can plan the migration of your data into clinicalvision and create training programs that will enable your users to quickly learn the clinicalvision applications.

Step 2

Step 2 is a four-day course for your Super Users, whereby they learn all aspects of the system and become your expert users.

Step 3

Step 3 is a one-day course for your IT staff to become familiar with the infrastructure supporting the application and interface technology.

Step 4

Step 4 is a one-day course for the application administrator which will teach them how to modify code sets, templates and other configurable aspects of the clinicalvision applications.

Step 5

Step 5 is a two-day report building training class, which teaches techniques to modify the clinicalvision standard reports and how to build new reports.

Step 6

Prior to go-live we assist your Super Users and Application Administrator in building end user training to meet your enterprises training standards.  With the end user documentation complete, our customers normally dedicate less than one day of training for end-users to be proficient in using the clinicalvision applications.

Clinical Computing's webinars are a great way to get to know the new features in the product
